Prior to leading the firm, Mr. Weis ran his own law practice in Bergen County handling a variety of legal issues ranging from criminal defense to commercial real estate. Mr. Weis has nearly three decades of legal experience and success. He prides himself in helping small businesses with a wide variety of legal issues.
